The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of all electrical works across construction projects. The role involves overseeing installations, reviewing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and supporting commissioning activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all electrical systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements and regulatory standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

                Supervise and monitor all electrical installation works on-site to ensure compliance

       with design specifications and quality standards.

    Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance.

    Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.

    Ensure all electrical works comply with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.

    Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to engineering standards.

           Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of electrical systems.

    Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of electrical tools, equipment, and installations on site.

           Support project teams in resolving technical issues related to electrical systems.

    Maintain documentation and reports related to site activities, inspections, and testing outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

          Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

          3–5 years of proven experience in electrical works within construction or real estate development projects.

    Strong understanding of electrical systems, load calculations, wiring standards, and installation practices.

    Ability to read, interpret, and work with electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.

          Hands-on experience in site supervision and coordination of electrical installations.

          Strong knowledge of health, safety, and construction compliance standards.

          Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple site activities.
