Description
- Conduct daily vehicle inspection before ignition (doors, windows, engine, water, oil levels, etc.) and report any faults or malfunctions to the Logistics/Transport Officer.
- Drive the assigned vehicle strictly for approved errands and official duties only.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Monitor and maintain vehicle servicing schedules and notify the Transport Officer at least two (2) days before due service.
- Accurately complete the vehicle logbook daily, including mileage, destinations, fuel usage, and all trips undertaken.
- Support engineers on site when required.
- Strictly adhere to all road safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain a neat, professional, and presentable appearance at all times.
