·  Safe Transportation of Students
Operate the school bus safely to transport students to and from school and school-related activities while complying with traffic laws and school policies.

·  Student Supervision and Discipline
Maintain order and discipline on the bus, ensure students follow safety rules, and create a secure and respectful environment during transit.

·  Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Reporting
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensure the bus is clean and roadworthy, and promptly report mechanical issues or safety concerns.

·  Route Planning and Time Management
Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently, adjust routes when necessary, and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of students.

·  Emergency Response and Safety Procedures
Respond appropriately to emergencies, accidents, or breakdowns, administer basic first aid if required, and follow established emergency and evacuation procedures.

·  Communication and Record Keeping
Communicate effectively with school administrators, parents, and students, and maintain accurate records such as attendance, incident reports, and vehicle logs.
