Safely operate hotel vehicles to transport guests and/or employees.

Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.

Provide guests with information about local attractions, hotel amenities, and directions.

Maintain the cleanliness, fueling, and general upkeep of the hotel vehicle(s).

Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and report any mechanical issues.

Log all trips and maintain accurate transportation records.

Monitor traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely transport.

Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and hotel policies.

Coordinate with the front desk or concierge for scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.

Assist staff and other departments as needed.
