Activities / Tasks
Main Duties: Responsible for transporting staff and guests from one location to the other in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. You will also be required to undertake errands for the company.
Practical /Technical Activities
• Do daily checks/Inspections on all vehicles.
• Portray professionalism through a positive and respectful relationship with all internal and external guests you transport.
• Ensure the safety of individuals whilst they are entering and alighting from the vehicle.
• Ensure that all the Vehicles are kept tidy and in good condition all the time.
• Observe the requirements of the Driver Vehicle and Licensing Authority (DVLA) and any Road &Safety Regulations within the country.
• Comply with all regulations of the country.
• Ensure that the keys are not left in the ignition when unattended to.
• Ensure that the doors are closed, and all passengers are seated prior to the vehicle being put into motion.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs e.g. Mileage and destination, numbers and names.
• Monitor fuel consumption and report any anomaly to the HR Operations Lead.
• Any other jobs that may be assigned
