Job Description:

As a Social Media Marketing Executive at Xanxoft®, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic and leads through various digital platforms. You will manage day-to-day social media activities, create compelling content, and monitor performance to ensure continuous growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (graphics, videos, text posts) aligned with brand guidelines
• Plan and schedule regular posts using social media management tools
• Monitor social media channels and engage with audiences in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences
• Develop creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to drive engagement and publicity
