Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Digital Marketing Junior Executive to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role offers a great opportunity for a young professional to gain hands-on experience in both sales and digital marketing while contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand. You will assist in lead generation, customer engagement, and the execution of online campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist in identifying potential clients through online research and outreach.
Support the sales team with proposals, client communication, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update client databases and CRM tools.
Participate in sales calls or meetings as needed.
Collect feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Digital Marketing Support:
Implement digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email.
Support content creation for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Monitor digital campaigns and report on performance using analytics tools.
Assist in basic SEO tasks like keyword research and on-page optimization.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams on campaign delivery.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales or digital marketing (internships are acceptable).
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with digital tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or Meta Business Suite.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of CRM software and marketing tools like Google Analytics or Google Ads (a plus).
Creativity and a passion for digital trends and customer engagement.
Team player with good organizational skills.
