Job Summary
As a Sales Officer, you'll drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our recruitment services to various industries. Key Responsibilities
· Sales:
o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across various industries
· Digital Marketing:
o Create and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our recruitment services
o Manage and optimize our social media presence to engage with clients and candidates
o Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns to targeted audiences
· Graphic Design:
o Design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
o Create engaging email templates and newsletters to promote our services
o Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity across all marketing materials
· Client Management:
o Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their recruitment requirements
o Present tailored recruitment solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services
o Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
· Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
