Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency or within the beverage industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to effectively convey ideas and work in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, with a passion for brand building and consumer engagement.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work and marketing campaigns is required.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company objectives and target market demographics.
- Design compelling and innovative visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, print materials, packaging, and digital advertising.
- Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Manage the production process from concept to final delivery, ensuring that all marketing materials meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, marketing, and beverage industry developments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and materials, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
