The Senior Copywriter is responsible for developing compelling, creative, and strategic content across campaigns and platforms.
This role ensures that all messaging across digital, experiential, social media, and brand campaigns is clear, engaging, and aligned with client objectives and brand voice.
The successful candidate will combine creativity with strategy, leading the development of impactful storytelling that drives audience engagement and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Copy Development
• Develop high-quality copy for:
- Campaign concepts and activations
- Social media and digital platforms
- Scripts (TV, radio, digital video)
- Event and experiential content
- Website and brand communications
- Translate creative ideas into compelling written content
- Ensure messaging is engaging, relevant, and impactful
2. Brand Messaging & Storytelling
• Define and maintain brand voice and tone across campaigns
• Craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences
• Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms
• Adapt messaging for different audiences and channels
3. Campaign Content Strategy
• Collaborate with strategy and planning teams to align copy with campaign objectives
• Contribute to campaign ideation and concept development
• Ensure content supports overall brand and marketing strategy
• Provide input into creative briefs and proposals
4. Quality Control & Review
• Review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality
• Ensure all content meets brand and client standards
• Proofread and refine content before final delivery
• Maintain high standards of creativity and professionalism
5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
• Work closely with art directors, designers, and production teams
• Collaborate with PR, influencer, and digital teams for integrated campaigns
• Support account management teams in client communication
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops
6. Client Engagement & Presentation
• Present copy concepts and ideas to clients when required
• Incorporate client feedback into revisions
• Ensure timely delivery of content for campaigns and projects
7. Mentorship & Team Development
• Mentor and guide junior copywriters and content creators
• Provide feedback to improve writing quality across the team
• Support knowledge sharing and creative development
