Description

*Welcome guests on arrival with a polite and friendly attitude
* Assist guests with carrying luggage to and from their rooms
* Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic room features
* Respond to guest requests promptly (e.g., directions, simple assistance)
* Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and entrance area
* Support the front desk operations.
