Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest profiles using IDS or other front office software
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate guest records, billing information, and daily reports
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash or POS transactions accurately
Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards
Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
