HR ASSISTANT NEEDED
Job Overview:
As an HR Assistant, you will be pivotal in supporting the HR Team in various administrative and operational tasks. You will assist in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations and contribute to the overall success of our staff and clients’ human resources initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
• Assist in coordinating job postings on various platforms
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify potential candidates.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates the details of interviews and application status.
• Support management with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
2. HR Administration:
• Maintain employee records and databases accurately and confidentially.
• Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings and initiatives.
• Responsible for filing all documents and processing paperwork related to leaves, benefits, and other HR–related matters.
• Perform all other activities assigned by the HR Manager.
3. Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and support.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and surveys.
• Gather employee feedback to identify improvement areas and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
4. Compliance and Legal Support:
• Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in conducting audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
5. Training and Development:
• Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops for employees
• Track employee training and development activities.
• Support the implementation of the performance management process.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and other related laws and conventions within HR.
• At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is desirable.
