a. Job Purpose.: To prepare meals for rig crew
b. Skills & Competencies. International culinary skills, knife skills, ingredient knowledge,
food safety, inventory management, menu development, budgeting etc
c. Job Duties and Responsibilities. Preparation of all meals and desserts for the rig crew,
requisitioning food stock inventory
d. Required Qualifications. At least SHS education, must have completed culinary school,
STCW Certification, Bosiet Certification, at least 3 years working experience on a rig
e. Salary …Negotiable
f. Document required:- Bosiet, Valid Passport, Yellow fever, Offshore medical
k. Age Limit: Minimum age 35 year , Maximum age 45 years
g. Citizen: Only Ghanaian citizen.
h. Duration of Contract : Six month to one years
