An Estate sales company in Pokuase is seeking a results-oriented and target-driven professional to fill the role of Administrator / Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will drive property sales, grow the client base, and convert leads into closed deals while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate and follow up on property sales leads
• Actively market estate properties to prospective clients
• Close sales and meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Build and manage strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels
• Coordinate site visits and client presentations
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases
• Manage documentation related to property sales and client records
• Support management with sales reports and performance tracking
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office and sales operations
