Job Summary:
We seek an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive sales growth for our gym equipment and accessories. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with fitness centers, hospitality firms, wellness institutions, individuals, and promote our products to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with fitness centers, gyms, and wellness institutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless sales processes.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
* Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide timely delivery and after-sales support
* Manage sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide regular sales reports.
