Qualifications

4. Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow safety procedures.
5. Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. A valid driver’s license is an advantage.

Description
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in company vehicles and equipment.
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, lighting, and ignition systems.
- Test and replace alternators, batteries, and starters.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all vehicle electrical systems.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and repair manuals.
- Service air conditioning, alarm, and central locking systems.
- Ensure all electrical work meets safety and quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used.
- Collaborate with mechanics to fix combined electrical and mechanical faults.
- Test vehicles after repairs to confirm proper operation.
- Advise the supervisor on parts or tools needed for maintenance.
