We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Manager to lead and manage our marketing and sales teams in the pesticide industry. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the local pesticide market, including crops, pests, diseases, and distribution channels. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and market share objectives in the pesticide industry.


• Provide leadership and direction to the marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Market Development:

• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, assisting in developing markets and businesses from scratch where needed.


• Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about local trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

Sales and Marketing Management:

• Oversee the promotion of products, ensuring successful execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.


• Drive revenue growth by managing the sales pipeline, building relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding distribution channels.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Ensure exceptional after-sales services to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.


• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners.

Operational Excellence:

• Manage resources effectively to ensure smooth business operations.


• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the pesticide industry, particularly in managing marketing or sales teams.


• Prior experience as a Country Manager or in a similar leadership role is highly preferred.


• Demonstrated success in developing and expanding markets and businesses in the pesticide or related industries.


• In-depth knowledge of the local pesticide market, including crops, pests, diseases, and distribution networks.


• Expertise in product promotion and delivering exceptional after-sale services.


• Fluency in English is mandatory.


• Fluency in the french language will be an added advantage.
