JOB DUTIES/ROLE
•Maintain and update accurate administrative records, ensuring confidentiality and assisting in preparing reports for management review.
•Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor management to ensure the office operates efficiently.
•Coordinate office logistics, including scheduling meetings, managing office space, and ensuring a well-organized and functional work environment.
•Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official documents, ensuring timely responses and proper record-keeping.
•Monitor and manage office expenses, processing invoices, and liaising with the finance department to ensure timely payments and budget adherence.
•Organize and oversee company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace environment.
•Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures by monitoring office practices and recommending improvements.
•Act as a liaison between different departments, external vendors, and management to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
•Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistical needs for company staff and guests as required.
•Assist in developing strategies to improve administrative workflows, document management, and resource allocation for operational efficiency.
