Are you organized, energetic and fluent in English Language? Join our friendly team in Kumasi and the northern sector to help keep our office running smoothly. Shall be responsible for the day to day management and administrative activities and stock management of the branch office.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Shall be responsible for the general administrative duties pertaining to the office/warehouse in Kumasi; Letters, telephone, filling, office appearance and cleanliness etc.
2. Answering calls, handling customer, complaints and enquiries.
3. Reception;- Records keeping of all employee (daily attendance ) and visitors entering and leaving the facility.
4. General Branch – Wide Discipline: - Punctuality, attendance, absenteeism, employee appearance etc.
5. Acquisition of Branch – Wide Materials.
6. Attendance recording and payroll entries.
7. Updating and keeping stock inventory – Product and sales inventory.
8. In charge of security of the facility – both interior and exterior.
9. In charge of the cleanliness of the facility – opening and closing of the facility.
10. Assist the Finance Department to manage all sales and finances.
11. Receive and compile orders from customers.
12. Keeping database of staff attendance.
13. Generate Quick books invoices for all sales.
14. Deposit all monies collected in the company’s Bank Accounts.
15. Checking goods brought into warehouse, issued to and returns from marketers.
16. Handling In-House sales and sending monies to the bank.
17. Prepare and send weekly report of all activities to the Head Office Administrator.
18. Other duties assigned by management / Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
⦁ A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication or a related field or HND Secretaryship.
