Job Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the management of client accounts, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns, and maintaining strong client relationships.
This role involves coordinating between clients and internal teams, monitoring project timelines, assisting in reporting, and ensuring client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day account activities and support the Account Manager in delivering impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary contact for clients on daily account matters
- Maintain professional, responsive, and proactive communication
- Assist in understanding client needs and providing suitable solutions
2. Campaign & Project Coordination
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, production, media, events) for campaign delivery
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Assist in preparing briefs, presentations, and reports for clients
3. Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular updates to clients and senior account managers on project progress
- Document campaign activities, approvals, and client feedback
- Support preparation of status reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign analyses
4. Timely Delivery & Quality Control
- Ensure all client requests and campaign elements are delivered on time
- Monitor output quality and escalate issues promptly
- Maintain attention to detail in all deliverables
5. Team Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client objectives
- Support senior account managers in strategic planning and client presentations
- Foster collaboration and smooth workflow across departments
