Engineering and Construction has played a major role in Ghana’s development contributing at least 8.2% to the country’s GDP in 2021.

However, compared to other sectors of the economy, the Construction industry is believed to be low on technology and labour intensive as well.

There have been several calls on the government to empower the youth and improve upon the human capital, especially in the construction and engineering sectors in order to facilitate Ghana’s developmental agenda.

As a result, Oral Academy, a global philanthropic educational programme will be organizing an Oracle Students boot camp on construction and engineering to equip students with knowledge on the efficiency in construction and engineering.

The training program, powered by Springfield Events, will be held on zoom on November 15, 2022 and will also explore cost-effective advantages of using the Primavera software in project management
