The Effutu Municipal Chief Executive, Nii Ephraim, has appealed to the people to cooperate with enumerators and other officials that would be engaged in the forthcoming Population and Housing Census to ensure its success.
He said if correct data was provided and compiled during the census, it would facilitate the development of the municipality.
The MCE made the appeal at a thanksgiving service of the Abasraba District Church of Pentecost first anniversary celebrations at Winneba on Sunday.
It was under the theme; "Indeed this is the Doing of the Lord"
The Abasraba District is made up of Churches at Walabeba, Nsuekyire, Ateitu, Ghyahadzi, Atechedo, Osobonpayin, and Winneba.
The MCE urged the people to consider the Housing and Population Census as an important national exercise and contribute to its success.
On education, the MCE urged parents to invest their money in their children's education to enable them to become useful future citizens.
In a sermon on the topic; "Cultivating a Winning Attitude," Reverend Jacob Coffie Agbesi said; "Every person's attitude is the primary force to determine his or her success".
He stressed the need for people to change their attitude and work to enable them to leave a legacy for their children.
He said there was the need for parents to counsel their children to eschew anti social vices that would not bring progress into their lives.
Rev. Agbesi urged couples to change their attitude in order to sustain their marriage and also let the word of God be their guide and direction.
