Nathan Kwabena Adisi alias Bola Ray captivated the audience at the launch sharing his inspiring vision for the future of entrepreneurship. 

His speech underscored his commitment to fostering innovation and empowering the next generation of leaders.

“The journey began with a simple belief: that every individual deserves the opportunity to chase their dreams,” Bola Ray stated with conviction.

He reflected on the success of the first cohort, highlighting their achievements as evidence of the program’s transformative impact. “The stories of our first cohort are testaments to the potential that exists within each one of us,” he noted.

He emphasized that the second cohort is poised for even greater success. “We have learned from our experiences, refined our curriculum, and strengthened our partnerships,” Bola Ray explained.

He particularly praised the partnership with UNESCO Ghana and the Alisa Hotel, describing them as crucial elements in providing an enriching environment for the program.

Addressing the new cohort, Bola Ray offered heartfelt advice. “Embrace this opportunity with open hearts and minds. Be bold, be daring, and never be afraid to ask for guidance,” he urged. He highlighted the importance of the mentors, stating, “These individuals are not just names on a list; they are your partners in this journey. They bring a wealth of experience and a passion for growth.”
