SIC Insurance PLC has paid a total of GHS107.6 million in claims across various insurance policies in 2025, highlighting the company’s strong liquidity position and commitment to meeting its obligations to policyholders.
The company said the substantial claims payout reflects its robust reinsurance arrangements and financial capacity to settle claims promptly, providing customers with reliable support during unforeseen events.
Managing Director of SIC James Agyenim-Boateng disclosed this in a statement posted on his Facebook page, on Wednesday, February 11, noting that the payments align with SIC Insurance’s broader mission to protect clients and help them recover quickly from losses.
“Insurance is a safety net that helps you bounce back when life throws you a curveball,” he said, underlining the company’s dedication to delivering dependable general insurance services.
He added that SIC Insurance remains focused on strengthening its operations and continuing to provide reliable and comprehensive coverage to individuals and businesses across Ghana.
