The meeting provided an opportunity for the parties to discuss how GPCL’s capabilities could support the Ministry’s mandate to enhance education delivery nationwide.
The Minister, on his part, commended the GPCL on the implementation of 24-hour operations in line with the government’s 24-hour economy policy and expressed his willingness to facilitate a progressive partnership between GPCL and the Ministry of Education.
GPCL, Ghana’s premier state-owned printing and publishing institution, brings over six decades of experience in producing official government publications, including the Ghana Gazette, Acts of Parliament, and the Parliamentary Hansard.

The GPCL was the 1st state-owned company to implement the government’s 24-hour economy policy, and by operating in shifts around the clock, the company ensures the timely production and distribution of materials, while also contributing to economic growth.
The Ag MD for GPCL, Nana Kwasi Boatey, expressed optimism about the collaboration and hopes that it would not only ensure the delivery of high-quality educational materials but also support national development goals.
He reiterated GPCL’s commitment to being a reliable partner to the Ministry of Education, the GES, and all Ministries, departments, and Agencies of the Government of Ghana.
