Mr. Kwofie has broad managerial experience which covers a number of critical business areas including: General Business Management, Human Resource Management, Financial and Business Operations Analysis & Business Consulting. 

In addition, he founded Plato Consult Limited a decade ago and until his appointment managed its business operation.

He also worked for four major companies: Sprint Telecommunications (U.S.A.), Worldcom (U.S.A.), British American Tobacco (West Africa Central) and Guinness Ghana Breweries with over 18 years experience.  He also served as an intern at the United Nations in Washington DC.

The Acting Managing Director of Ghana Post, Mr. Kwofie attended the University of Kansas in the USA for his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Baker University also in the USA for his Master’s in Business Administration.

He is married with children. He is an Alumni of Saint Augustine’s College.
