Vision Football Club head coach Nana Agyemang has confessed that he would have been disappointed if his team had blown a two goal lead against Medeama SC.
He said this after Vision recorded a shock 3-2 win over Medeama in the Ghana
Premier League after picking up a two goal lead through Joshua Rhule and Frank Duku in the first half.
However, Duku missed a penalty in the 61st minute before Medeama wiped out Vision’s lead by scoring in the 67th and 83rd minute respectively through Bernardinho Tetteh and Michael Sarpong.
Emmanuel Cudjoe of Medeama got sent off in the 55th minute and Edmond Asante of Vision got red carded in the 66th minute.
Emmanuel Kyei Baffour scored 11 minutes after the 90th minute mark to give Vision its first league win since October 6’s 1-0 win over fellow Ghana League debutants Basake Holy Stars.
“If you are playing at home and you lead by two nil in 45 minutes and the opposition comes back to equalize, it’s a little bit nerve wracking and of course I would have been disappointed.”
