A 62-year old farmer, Mr Kwame Gyang, was on Wednesday installed the Odikro of Akim Begoro in the Fanteakwa District, under the stool name Baafour Kwame Gyang.
He swore the oath of allegiance to Osabarima Awuah Kotoko II, the chief of Begoro and Benkumhene of Akim Abuakwa Traditional Area.
Baafour Gyang pledged to ensure peace and organize the youth for development to improve the living conditions of the people.
He said he would collaborate with the people and his colleague chiefs for the progress of the area.
