A vulcanizer and a trader, who allegedly caused damaged to a wall, doors and windows of a building at the centre of a court dispute, on Thursday appear before the Kodie District Magistrate Court.
Kwame Atobra and Kwadwo Boateng pleaded not guilty to the charge of causing unlawful damage.
They were each granted GH¢5,000 bail with one surety to appear on May 13, 2010.
Police Inspector Bismark Ofori told the court presided over by Mr Justice Stephen Assure that the accused aided by four mask wearing
colleagues, struck at dawn of March 27, 2010.
They broke the doors and windows of some rooms of the house at Afrancho near Kumasi and pulled down a dwarf wall.
He said the accused also vandalized the personal property of the complainants, Madam Yaa Serwaah and the husband.
