On Friday, 27th December, join Akan Collective for Kwanzaa Fest, a cross-cultural community celebration that will take place in Elmina (Ahomka FM, No.1 Avenue Iture) from 12-5pm.
                                                    
The free event will highlight local artists, artisans, musicians, food, dance, art exhibition from the Akan Collective children's art program, and a Kwanzaa ceremony to mark Kuchichagulia, the 2nd day of Kwanzaa.

For the past 4 years, Akan Collective has celebrated Kwanzaa in Elmina with our youth arts program. This year, we are expanding our cross-cultural celebration to the broader community with a free festival for the entire family.
