The Human Resource (HR) Manager at Asante Gold Bibiani Ltd, Beatrice Afranie, has been honoured with the prestigious Leadership Award at the National Youth Shakers Conclave and Awards.

Graduating with first-class honours in Business Administration (HR specialisation) from Valley View University, Ghana, Ms Afranie earned dual accolades: Graduating Student with the Highest C.G.P.A in Management (Academic Excellence Award) and Highest C.G.P.A in Level 400, School of Business (Certificate of Merit).

As an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana (ACIHRM) and a globally certified Senior Professional in Human Resources-International (SPHRi) from HRCI, USA, Afranie has positioned herself as one of Africa’s most influential HR professionals.
