Gonsalves will bring with him an intimate understanding of the local nuances that govern GTM strategies, as well as agency experience in these markets. He explains, "I believe I am capable of communicating with our clients using a narrative tailored to their needs." 

Gonsalves has worked in digital media for 15 years, primarily for multinational corporations in Africa and Europe. He began his career at Acceleration Media, where he was responsible for 100 tier 3 clients, including ESPN North America and Microsoft, before moving to Naspers as the Digital Ad Operations Manager for Media24. In 2015, he assumed the role of Global Programmatic Manager at Addsuite, where he was responsible for over $25,000,000 in billings.
