The Management of Unilever Ghana has met and encouraged the three Ghanaian students who won the Africa Ideatrophy Championship in South Africa.
The three, who are all students of the University of Ghana, will represent Africa in the Global Leaders League to be staged in London, United Kingdom. The Ideatrophy which is an initiative of Unilever, is designed to create an out of classroom learning experience that focuses on the development of personal and entrepreneurial competencies among students.
Mr Yeo Ziobeieton, Managing Director, Unilever Ghana, lauded the students for their hard work and victory and urged them to prepare assiduously towards the global competition. He called on Ghanaian students to participate in the next edition which would also open their up minds towards creative thinking, needed to spur the development of the nation.
The team developed a marketing strategy that transformed Lipton from an old brand into one that was relevant for and inspired modern consumers.
