Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Maintain records, manage office supplies, and ensure all administrative functions run smoothly.
- Coordinate and manage travel and tour packages, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Liaise with clients to understand their travel needs and offer suitable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour guides).
- Address customer feedback and implement strategies to improve service quality.
- Monitor office expenses and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract more clients and grow the business.
