Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company car rental services, ensuring all departments function efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and hospitality industry standards.
- Implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
2. Staff Supervision & Leadership
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure productivity and excellent customer service.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for employee growth and development.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and high morale.
3. Customer Service
- Ensure a premium guest experience by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
4. Financial & Inventory Management
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting related to operational expenses.
- Monitor revenue generation and suggest ways to improve profitability.
- Manage inventory levels, procurement, and supply chain operations to reduce costs and waste.
5. Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure the company's fleet services meets all hospitality and tourism industry standards.
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections of all fleet or cars and audits to maintain high operational and service quality.
6. Business Development & Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth.
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
