We are looking for travel agents who are passionate about traveling. You will be responsible for providing personalized travel planning services, booking accommodations, flights, and activities, and ensuring that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable journey

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements..


• Travel Planning: Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities tailored to clients’ needs..


• Booking Management: Handle reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance.


• Itinerary Management: Create detailed itineraries and provide clients with all necessary travel documents and information.


• Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support before, during, and after their travels


• Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, industry news, and destination information to offer the best recommendations


• Sales: Promote travel packages and services to meet sales targets.


• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage client files, and update databases.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficient in using travel booking systems (e.g. Sabre)


• Passion for travel and a desire to help others experience the world
