Our client, a reputable company in the shipping industry is currently looking for an experienced and trustworthy individual to fill the role of a Transport Security Officer.

 

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of high-profile executives to and from assigned destinations daily and the routine check-up of assigned vehicles.

 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the safe arrival of executives to and from meetings, conferences, social engagements and other events as may be requested.


• Maintain vehicle in clean and good operation condition before and after every journey.


• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to avoid accidents or incidents.


• Maintain vehicle inventory, ordering parts and arranging for repairs and maintenance when needed.


• Participate in training courses to stay abreast with developments in the transport industry.


• Monitor traffic conditions, including road construction and congestion and relay information in advance to help make timely alternative arrangements.


• Assist with luggage and other items as may be requested.


• Report any incident or accident to management immediately.
