Minimum and HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or an equivalent field. Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of fleet management software and tools is an advantage. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license.

- Oversee maintenance and operation of the company’s fleet.

- Schedule vehicle maintenance and inspections.

- Manage vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance.

- Optimize fuel usage.

- Plan and coordinate product distribution.

- Maintain logistics records and prepare reports.

- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers.

- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory.

- Supervise and support the logistics team.

- Provide training for drivers and logistics staff.

- Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
