* Minimum SHS Certificate
*Must love working with young children (0–6 years)
*Preschool qualifications and experience is a plus.
*Should have experience as a caregiver or assistant in a preschool/creche
* Must practice excellent hygiene and maintain a clean environment
* Must be patient, warm, caring, and responsible
* Must have basic communication skills and be able to follow instructions
* Should be punctual, consistent, and able to manage time well
* Must be flexible and able to work under supervision or independently
*Must be Modern, dynamic  and  energetic 
*Must be a lover of children
*Must be able to work with little or no supervision
