1. Identify students who require additional support in Mathematics and Science through assessment results and teacher referrals.


2. Provide targeted academic support to struggling students through one-on-one sessions or small group pull-out instruction.


3. Reinforce classroom lessons by simplifying concepts and using alternative teaching strategies.


4. Monitor and track students’ academic progress and provide feedback to subject teachers and school leadership.


5. Assist in preparing learning materials, practice exercises, and intervention resources for supported students.


6. Encourage student confidence, participation, and independent learning in Mathematics and Science.
