JOB DESCRIPTION 

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver quality and effective teaching and learning programmes following the designed curriculum, scheme of work, and teaching philosophy.
2. Create and maintain a supportive, conducive and disciplined atmosphere for teaching and learning, ensuring the seriousness and professionalism of the role. 
3. Prepare effective teaching and learning aids/activities 
4. Teach according to students' educational needs, abilities and achievements.

KEY COMPETENCIES ​

1. Any first Degree, preferably in Education or a Diploma in Education with considerable experience.
2. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience with the GES Curriculum (Standard-Based Curriculum)
