Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in architecture, construction project management, or a similar role (FMCG experience is a plus). Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project management tools. Strong understanding of construction processes, facility planning, and building regulations. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sustainable building practices and industrial facility design is an advantage

Our client an FMCG is seeking a dynamic Project Officer with a background in Architecture to support the planning, execution, and management of facility design, renovations, and infrastructure projects within our FMCG operations. The successful candidate will ensure projects meet architectural and structural standards while aligning with business objectives, safety regulations, and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, design, and execution of construction and renovation projects within manufacturing, warehousing, and retail facilities. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Review and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical documents. Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. Conduct site visits to inspect work quality, adherence to design plans, and compliance with safety standards. Support procurement processes by assessing materials, equipment, and service providers. Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and corporate sustainability policies. Maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and contracts. Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies. Assist in developing innovative architectural solutions to optimize production and operational efficiency.
