• Participate in the reviews of all project documents, and ensure all sign-offs by stakeholders are in place before commitment of project resources.


• Ensure projects are delivered in line with the agreed specifications in the various project documents; project quality and timelines are adhered to.


• Provide guidance and advice to less experienced support and implementation consultants to ensure quality delivery promptly.


• Ensure adequate and quality documentation from the various business and technical resources on the various projects in line with best practices.


• Ensure qualitative delivery of user training with adequate reference materials, and review of training review for an objective opinion to management.


• Provide regular updates and feedback to the Executives on implementation success, potential delays and resource needs adjustments to achieve project goals.


• Coordinate with the implementation team and PMO on key project success faction, to ensure proper alignment and focus. Consistently follow up on pending issues with the technical team and to ensure resolution.


• Ensure all project strategy documents are reviewed signed-off by before embarking on the various project stages/phases; enforcing standards.


• Ensure qualitative review and coverage of testing strategy and approach, review of test scripts coverage to ensure adequate coverage; monitor test execution with PMO to ensure they are executed within timeline.


• Carry out project reviews to ensure they are adequately resourced to ensure timely delivery and update the executives accordingly on project health and state.
