Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Competencies: Proficiency in test case design, execution, and reporting. Knowledge of test automation and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients in the telecommunication industry to recruit a Contractor Testing Analyst, Fintech IT Operations for immediate employment. The role supports operations in Accra.

Core Purpose:

The Contractor Testing Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions within the Technology Operations division. The role involves rigorous testing to identify software defects, optimizing product quality, and improving testing methodologies. The analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to conduct comprehensive testing and uphold quality standards, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  Testing Execution: Perform functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing on mobile money platforms (Android/iOS, USSD, IVR).

  Defect Management: Identify, track, prioritize, and report defects using defect tracking tools. Participate in defect triage meetings and generate testing progress reports.

  Collaboration: Work with developers, business analysts, and IT service providers to clarify requirements, validate functionality, and communicate testing progress.

  
  


• 
  

  Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to improve skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in quality audits and compliance assessments.

  
  

Key Dependencies:

  Collaborate with the Manager, Testing and Quality Assurance, developers, business analysts, project managers, and IT service providers to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business requirements.
