Description
- Lead and manage all security operations within the organization.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, protocols, and safety procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate all security personnel and shift schedules.
- Oversee incident response, investigations, and incident reporting procedures.
- Ensure protection of staff, visitors, company assets, and property.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and recommend improvements.
- Monitor surveillance systems and ensure proper security coverage at all times.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Train security personnel on discipline, emergency response, and company standards.
