1. Access Control – Monitor entrances/exits, check IDs, and ensure only authorized persons enter.

2. Surveillance – Patrol premises regularly and observe CCTV to detect suspicious activity.

3. Incident Response – Act promptly in emergencies, report incidents, and assist law enforcement when needed.

4. Safety Enforcement – Ensure compliance with safety rules, prevent theft, and maintain order.

5. Customer Assistance – Provide directions, support customers in distress, and maintain a professional presence.
