Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Additional training or certification in sales techniques, customer service, or digital marketing is an advantage. Experience 1. 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations. 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company sales and market share.

2. Promote and sell products or services to existing and potential customers.

3. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

5. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

7. Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms of sales agreements with customers.

8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.

9. Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM systems or sales tracking tools.

10. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

11. Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.

12. Assist in developing pricing strategies and sales forecasts.

13. Follow up on leads and referrals generated through marketing or networking.

14. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote products and services.

15. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
