Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
