KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
Take full ownership of the company’s innovative ICT and cybersecurity services portfolio within assigned accounts.
Drive the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and opportunity qualification to deal closure and post-sale engagement.
Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets by expanding the customer base and deepening existing relationships.
Develop and execute effective account strategies to maximize win rates and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Generate and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital lead generation.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including senior executives and technical stakeholders.
Understand client needs and translate them into tailored technology solutions that align with their business goals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and responsive service.
Proposal & Tender Management
Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and scope-of-work documents for new and existing clients.
Lead and coordinate the bidding and tendering process, ensuring timely submission of competitive and compliant proposals.
Collaborate with the technical team to design and present compelling solutions that address customer challenges.
Market Engagement & Representation
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to strengthen brand visibility and network with potential clients.
Stay informed on emerging market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights into market developments.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
Work closely with cross-functional teams — including marketing, product, and technical departments — to align strategies and deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to manage pipeline, track opportunities, and maintain accurate customer records.
Share market feedback and insights to support continuous improvement in products and services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the ICT, telecommunications, or cybersecurity industry.
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a competitive technology solutions environment.
Strong ability to engage and influence decision-makers at senior and executive levels.
Demonstrated experience in developing sales strategies, managing tenders, and closing large enterprise deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
